Rotate format across the month so it doesn’t repeat: most days Rashid mimes the word; on some days he poses a gentle riddle instead (e.g. «أنا أزرقُ كبير وفيّ سمكٌ كثير… ما أنا؟»). Booth action stays identical and silent — find the letters on the mat — because the hall is too loud for spoken answers.
